|April 2017 - Town Hall Series - Jill Jordan Burke|
Jill Jordan Burke says that no matter where she is performing she is "always on two constant missions - to honor the grandmas and grandpas of the world and to honor our country's military, both active and retired."
An Ohio native, Jill grew up performing for weddings, school functions and her church. Both sets of her grandparents encouraged her to pursue a recording career in Nashville. In 1988 she was voted "Most Promising Female Artist" by Indie Labels and Radio. A dream come true when the Academy of Country Music Awards in Hollywood nominated her in 1989 for "Top Female Newcomer."
After taking some time off to marry and have 3 children, Jill traveled to Nashville in January 2015, as a new artist on Prairie Dust Records, to record a new album. The first single released went to #1 on the International TOP 40 Country in March 2015. Upon completion, her new CD, "Unbreakable Hearts" will be released in the U.S. Her single, "I Can't Say No To You" is getting airplay worldwide. You can check out her songs on YouTube.
So dig out your cowboy boots and join us for an evening of Country Music's Classics.
